How TO Order with BOXES R US
Anyone can order from BOXES R US (you do not need an ABN number). Simply add our products to your cart to take advantage of our wholesale pricing. The more you purchase the larger discount you will receive. Once your order is confirmed, your account will be registered with your nominated email address.
All our products can be purchased online. If you require a different lid / base colour, please email us directly as this isn’t possible via the website.
You can request an invoice via email. Please send all order requests and purchase orders to email@example.com
Minimum orders quantities on most products is 100 units where discounts are applicable – the higher the quantity the cheaper the unit price!
Smaller Qty’s can be purchased in Matt Black, Natural Kraft or Natural Recycled where applicable.
For quantities above 2000, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 07 3283 7366 as further discounts may apply for the product that you are interested in. Our maximum discount offered is 27.5%
STEP 1 – Search for Products
Locate the item you require either by using the categories in the menu bar or the search function at the top of the website. As we do not accept returns for change of mind purchases, we highly recommend you order a sample either via the website or by calling our team on 07 3283 7366 to ensure that your product fits your chosen packaging.
STEP 2 – Add Products to your Shopping Cart
Once you have found the product you like, select the box finish and colour option. Then click ‘ADD TO CART’. The unit pricing is displayed is the pre gst price, gst will be added in the shopping card. Repeat the process for multiple size boxes.
STEP 3 – Create a Free Account (for new customers)
Once you have added everything you need to your cart, select the ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ button. Simply fill out all the ‘Billing Details’ (at this stage you can tick the box to be a part of our Rewards Program) and click ‘Next”. The next step is to leave and notes for the order and an ‘Authority to Leave’ (make sure to tick the T&C box to move forward), Click ‘Next’.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an activation email which will allow you to register your account under your email address.
Creating an account will give you the opportunity to track all of your past invoices, make online payments and re-order your favourite items with the click of a button.
STEP 4 – Finalise your Order and Make Payment
Now it’s time to make payment for your order. You can make payment by Direct Deposit, Credit Card or PayPal. Credit Card payments do have a surcharge.
Boxes R Us does not issue out any stock to the buyer until full payment is made unless arrangements are made prior. If you require an invoice to forward to your accounts department prior to making payment, select DIRECT DEPOSIT as your payment method. An invoice outlining your order details, pricing and shipping cost will automatically be emailed to you. Once approved by your accounts department, you can make payment either by direct deposit, or phone us with credit card details.
STEP 5 – Once Payment has been Received – We will process your Order
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number. If you choose collect your order/organise your own courier, we will contact you via phone or email when your order is ready for collection from our factory in Clontarf, warehouse. We will supply you with your parcel weight and measurements if required.
