Option 1 – Australia Wide Delivery: via a 3rd party Australian Courier – TNT, Aramex, Star Track or Australia Post.
Option 2 – New Zealand Delivery: via Australia Post or TNT
Option 3 – Click & Collect: Collections are available from our BOXES R US Clontarf warehouse. We will notify you via phone or email when your order is ready to collect.

What is the cost for Delivery?
Delivery fees vary, are calculated by the weight of your order and your location. When you submit your order our qualified staff they will calculate the weight of your order and submit the best freight price for you. Alternatively, you can organise your own courier to pick up from our warehouse in Clontarf, Queensland.
We will require you to send us through a digital copy of your con note for your parcel. We do not fill out manual dockets.
How long will it take to Dispatch my order?
The despatch time frame of your order will depend on whether you are purchasing a stock product that is available off the shelf, made to order products or bulk quantity. Once your order has been placed via the website, we will email you through an invoice for payment, the despatch times frame will be outlined on the invoice.
What if my order is urgent?
If your order is urgent, please specify in the comments section when checking out or via email. We will try our best to meet any deadlines that you have and if there are any issues, we will notify you immediately.
Once dispatched, how long do the couriers take to deliver my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the courier service and your location. Despatch times frame estimates will be outlined on your invoice.
Please Note: these are only estimated time frames, once your order is with a courier we are unable to confirm an exact delivery date/time.
What delivery address should I use?
We highly recommend using a business address for all deliveries, extra charges apply for home deliveries. However, if you are unable to do so, please note that by proceeding with an online order, you are agreeing to an automatic ‘authority to leave’ if your delivery address is unattended. You can provide additional delivery instructions such as ‘leave on front doorstep’ or ‘leave at backdoor under carport’.
Please note: Our courier is unable to contact you prior to delivery or deliver at a specific time. You should receive email updates from the courier regarding delivery.
How does BOXES R US calculate freight charges?
Your transport costs are based on your location and the weight of your order. Our qualified staff will proceed to get you the best freight price possible for your order size.
What countries do you ship to outside of Australia?
BOXES R US can ship anywhere in Australia and New Zealand only at this time.
